Convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester is in the Pretoria high court to challenge his prison transfer from the Kgosi Mampuru Correctional Centre in Pretoria to the eBongweni Super Maximum prison in KwaZulu-Natal.
Bester made the same legal dispute last month, resulting in the matter being struck off the roll.
